Our students enjoy some time with the great folks at Pegasus Therapeutic Riding. Equestrian therapy has a proven record in helping individuals with disabilities. Here is one of our students caring for the animal, and a second picture of that animal returning the favor with a loving cuddle.

Ms. Iannacone's 4th-period STEM class engages in horticultural activities on June 3rd, 2022. Student's used organic pea pods, organic soil discs, organic and non-GMO seeds, and custom wood plant-marker labels. The students planted cherry tomatoes, green beans, carrots, butterhead lettuce, and radishes. The students and I set up an indoor garden using a full spectrum LED light source to accommodate our growing plants. Once plants are ready to harvest, we will be using them in our culinary program for ingredients to be used in the food truck for all students to enjoy!
