On March 1, 2023 the Academic Science Department took a group of students who have shown an interest and understanding of science to the Hayden Planetarium / Museum of Nature History in New York City, in order to foster and nurture continued fascination in science.
While at the Hayden Planetarium / Museum of Nature History the students sat for the Space Show, toured the Shark exhibit and of course checked out the dinosaur fossils.
The students left Manhattan with a greater appreciation of science and hopefully a lifelong love of science.
